Life Ease currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. Available methods, cost and estimated delivery timing appear at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Processing and transit estimates will be finalized after supplier and sample validation. Tracking details will be emailed when an order ships.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.

This staging policy must be reviewed against the final supplier, warehouse and legal requirements before launch.
