Life Ease currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. Available methods, cost and estimated delivery timing appear at checkout before payment.

Tracking details will be emailed when an order ships.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

Contact us with your order number before sending an item back. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are sent by mail.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Life Ease will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. If a return is required for a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, Life Ease will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returned products are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
