Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your order, ensuring you can shop with confidence. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@life-ease.com with the subject “RETURN ORDER”. We will provide you with a shipping label With tracking number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The order must be shipped in a box.

Used items are not eligible for return and will be returned.

Damages and issues

Sometimes, products may get damaged during transit or they may have a defect from the manufacturer. If this happens, please contact our customer service team right away and provide the following information:

1. A photo of the damage.
2. Your order number, address, and full name.
With a photo of the damage, we can promptly file a report with our manufacturer and quickly process a full refund or a reshipment for you, no questions asked.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@life-ease.com.
